Bling

Products, orders and invoices kept current between Bling and the custom system.

Bling

Bling handles records, invoicing and basic finance well. What tends to be missing is the process specific to the business — the pricing rule, the approval flow, the production step. Nivrix builds that part and keeps both sides in sync.

What gets synced

  • Product catalog

Products, variants and prices move between the two systems, with one side declared as the source for each field.

  • Sales orders

An order created in the custom system is pushed to Bling to follow the tax flow; status changes come back to the system.

  • Stock balance

Inbound and outbound movements talk both ways, so a sale never happens against a balance that no longer exists.

  • Tax document issuing

Issuing stays where it already works. The custom system sends what needs to be invoiced and receives the document number and status back.

How the integration is built

  1. Credentials and access scope

The integration uses the official Bling API, with the credential kept on the server and permissions limited to what the operation needs.

  2. Deciding who owns each field

Where does price come from? And stock? That decision is made before the first line of code and stays on record.

  3. Rate limits respected by design

Syncing is sized against the API call limit, with a queue and retries — not by trial and error in production.

Questions about this integration

Can we keep issuing invoices from Bling?

Yes, and that is usually the recommendation. What already works stays where it is; the custom system handles the process Bling does not cover.

Does stock disappear from Bling?

No. Both sides see the same balance. What changes is that movements gain a traceable origin, instead of a manual adjustment.
